About Julia

I’m Julia Thomas, an architect and designer with over 8 years of experience spanning art installations, custom residential projects, high-end interior design, technical drawing sets, and realistic renderings. I hold a BA in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and an MARCH II from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), where I graduated at the top of my class. Throughout my career, I’ve gained broad expertise in multiple design disciplines, including my role as Director of Architecture and Design at April Tomlin Interiors, where I led both creative and technical aspects of design projects. Now, as a mother, I’ve transitioned to freelancing, allowing me to continue pursuing my passion for design while balancing family life. My diverse background and hands-on experience enable me to approach each project with a unique perspective, crafting spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
